If you want your team to be able to mark their calls private, enable this setting in the appropriate permission profile:

This lets call owners set their own calls as private when the conversation covers sensitive subjects. Non-call owners are also able to set a call to private, including admins. Once a call is set to private, only the call owner and internal call participants can access the call.
