Happy early new year! :confetti_ball::sparkler:

While you’re (hopefully) catching up on some rest and relaxation before 2022, I’m here to catch you up on what you might have missed in the Gong Community over the last two weeks.

What’s new with Gong

Here are some of the latest product updates (requested by YOU!):

  • Secure dynamic consent links

    • Zoom and Google Meet users can now use the consent page with dynamic links to generate a unique meeting link for every call.

  • Search with ease: Manage Fields

    • Easily find custom fields in your Salesforce settings with the search bar on the Manage Fields page in your CRM settings!

  • Custom date ranges in Deal Boards (we’re really excited about this one)

    • You can now select custom date ranges in Deal Boards to unlock the reality of your pipeline — this is big news if you operate on a non-fiscal calendar or just want to drill down into specific dates.

Thank you as always to @Gregory Mayer for keeping us in the loop with monthly product updates :clap:

And if you missed the Q4 Product Buzz Live, have no fear — @Chris Maironis is here with a recap! Check it out: https://community.gong.io/gong-education-training-51/q4-product-buzz-live-recap-257

What’s new with you

Let’s welcome a few of our newest Community members!

  • @Christopher Gomes, Product Lead at Conveyer, shared a little bit about how his Product team uses Gong to better understand the voice of their customers and relieve the pressure of taking notes during customer calls.

  • @Kenny Lim joins the Gong Community from Ironclad, where he recently took on a role in Enablement after spending most of his career leading Customer Success.

  • @David Kandel, Training Development Manager at Optimove, found his passion for L&D after trying his hand at cooking, studying, teaching, producing, writing, performing. We’ve got a lot to learn from David!

Read more about some of our new members here (and if you haven’t had a chance to introduce yourself, it’s never too late!)

That’s all for now — I’ll see you all in 2022! :wave:
